Booking Agreement & Travel Standards

Terms & Conditions

Clear, ethical guidelines governing your private travel reservations with Morocco
Packages Trips.

A binding travel contract is formed between Morocco Packages Trips and the client when: (a) you
confirm your customized itinerary in writing or via our website booking forms, and (b) we issue
written confirmation following receipt of the agreed deposit. By paying the deposit, the lead
passenger confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these terms on behalf of all
participants in their party.

Tour quotes are issued in EUR (€), USD ($), or Moroccan Dirham (MAD). Once your booking deposit
is received, your tour price is 100% locked and guaranteed. We will never introduce fuel
surcharges or currency fluctuations after confirmation.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that all members of their traveling group hold a valid
passport with at least six (6) months of remaining validity from their planned date of departure
from Morocco. Most visitors from the EU, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand do not
require an advance visa for stays under 90 days. Please verify any specific consular requirements
prior to travel.

It is strongly advised that all guests acquire comprehensive travel insurance covering personal
injury, medical expenses, emergency repatriation, flight delays, and personal baggage loss prior
to departing on their Moroccan voyage.

Clients are requested to advise us in advance of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or
physical mobility restrictions. While camel trekking and high-altitude hiking are gentle,
alternatives such as 4×4 transfers into desert camps are always available upon request.
