- Personal Identification: Full names, nationality, passport numbers, and dates of birth (mandatory under Moroccan Ministry of Tourism and National Police regulations for hotel/riad guest registrations).
- Contact Details: Email addresses, phone / WhatsApp numbers, and physical country of residence for sending itineraries and on-tour communication.
- Travel Specifics & Preferences: Flight arrival and departure numbers, preferred accommodation categories (standard, luxury, or royal riads), dietary constraints, mobility requirements, and special celebration occasions.
- Payment Records: Confirmation receipts and transaction identifiers. Credit card information is securely processed via certified, encrypted merchant payment gateways and is never stored on our local web servers.
- 3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information strictly for legitimate travel operations:
- ✓ Reserving riads, boutique kasbahs, and luxury Sahara desert tents under your name.
- ✓ Coordinating private chauffeur airport pickups and custom daily routing.
- ✓ Confirming licensed local city historians in Fes, Marrakech, and Meknes.
- ✓ Responding to emergency requests or itinerary updates during your trip.
- 4. Data Protection & Security
For our single-day excursions (such as Ourika Valley, Essaouira Coastal Day, or Ouzoud Waterfalls):
- Less than 24 Hours Notice: Subject to a 50% vehicle mobilization charge.
- 24+ Hours Notice: 100% full refund with no cancellation penalty.
- Less than 24 Hours Notice: Subject to a 50% vehicle mobilization charge.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures, including
SSL/TLS 256-bit encryption for all data transfers, restricted internal staff access, and firewalled
database architecture. Your data is accessed solely by staff members directly involved in
managing your itinerary.

Our website uses basic functional cookies to ensure page navigation, remember your trip
customization inquiries, and analyze aggregate visitor trends. You may choose to disable cookies
in your web browser settings without preventing you from booking tours with us.

In full compliance with European GDPR directives and Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection
of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you possess the right to:
